Here are our Terms & Conditions and also our Commitment to You.
Cancellation of arranged dog boarding will be charged at the loss of deposit paid at the time of booking confirmation
Cancellation of arranged dog walks must be advised 24 hours in advance or the normal charge will be applied
Keys must be made available for all home visits where an occupant will not be present
Bateman Pet Services reserves the right to charge for any home visits arranged but which cannot be completed due to access not being gained e.g. key left in lock inside, door bolted, keys not provided
All customers give permission for Bateman Pet Services to seek veterinary care in the case of emergencies and accept any costs incurred as a result thereof
All customers are responsible for any costs incurred as a result of personal injury caused to a Bateman Pet Services pet carer or any other persons by their pet
Bateman Pet Services accepts no responsibility for the security of homes or loss if other persons have access to the home during the period of the service agreed
All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatments (please provide vaccination documentation)
Bateman Pet Services reserves the right to terminate any agreements with an appropriate period of notice
Our Commitment to You
All customer details and information are considered private and not shared with any other parties
Keys are kept in a secure location and are not identifiable with the address concerned
Dogs are always walked on leads where explicitly requested by the customer
Dogs are always walked on leads on roads and other busy thoroughfares
Dog boarding dogs will have a tag with Bateman Pet Services contact details added to their collar for the duration of their stay
Bateman Pet Services will adhere to any dog grooming, dietary or medical requirements agreed with the customer
